With years of weightlifting success and experience, I am capable of knowing the right techniques & tricks that will help you reach your goals. I will show you the best equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I am a certified powerlifter currently with 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation and previously with USA Powerlifting Federation. For USA Powerlifting, I held two state bench press records but I currently hold a push/pull bench press state record. For 100% Raw Powerlifting, I currently hold state records for strict curl and squat. World record holder for bench press.
Of course I am a certified personal trainer...although it wouldn‘t mean anything without my experience and passion.
